About

Dr. Pollock graduated from the University of Dayton in 2000 and the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2004. He completed his pediatric dental specialty training at the University of Michigan in 2006 and received both a certificate of completion and a Master of Science degree. Dr. Pollock joined the practice in 2007.

Dr. Pollock is currently on staff at Cincinnati and Dayton Children’s Hospital Medical Center and has obtained privileges to provide specialized dental care to children who need general anesthesia in an operating room setting.

Dr. Pollock and his wife Erica reside in Springboro and have three children. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

About

Dr. Redla is a board-eligible pediatric dentist and is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, American Academy of Developmental Medicine & Dentistry and Special Care Dentistry Association. After practicing for a few years in upstate New York, Dr. Redla, along with her husband and two daughters, moved to Ohio to be closer to family.

Following her passion for giving back to the community, Dr. Redla served as Clinical Director for Special Smiles between 2014 and 2019 in New York before joining Special Olympics Ohio in 2019. Special Smiles is one of eight disciplines offered by Special Olympics Healthy Athletes. It provides free dental screenings and comprehensive oral health care information – including and instructions on correct brushing and flossing techniques – to participating Special Olympics athletes. In addition to her work with Special Smiles, Dr. Redla also volunteers with organizations like Days for Girls, Soles4Souls, Tarangini and Girl Scouts of Western Ohio.

In addition to spending time with family, Dr. Redla finds joy in a wide variety of hobbies, including gardening, furniture upcycling and painting.

About

Dr. Neala Salmassi is a caring and skilled dentist with a special interest in adolescent
oral health. She is passionate about helping young patients feel at ease in the dental
chair and strives to make every visit a positive, educational, and an enjoyable
experience.

Dr. Neala began her dental career by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental
Hygiene from West Liberty University in June 2010. She went on to receive her Doctor of
Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in June
2020, followed by a residency at Marshall University Cabell Huntington Hospital, which
she completed in July 2021. Her advanced training and clinical experience allow her to
provide comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents.

She enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and loves being part of the
community. Feel free to share your favorite local spots when you visit. Outside the
office, Dr. Neala enjoys spending time outdoors, taking nature walks, and relaxing with
her husband, Adam, their son, Jack, and their dog, Olive.
